The minimum order for custom-made plush toys is 500 pieces.
Your plush toy is made in 8 steps
Step 1: The sketch and prototype(s)
From your mascot, logo, or sketch, we can create a fully customized 3D plush toy. This step sometimes requires several prototypes to achieve a result that meets your expectations. Your promotional item takes shape.
Step 2: Raw material procurement
It is necessary to wait several days so that we can obtain the raw materials, whether for the outer textile or the filling of your plush toy.
All our plush toys are made of polyester, but the outer fur can vary depending on your specifications (long or short hair, softness, colors, etc.). Furthermore, as part of our CSR approach, we also offer to manufacture your personalized plush toys in RPET, that is, recycled polyester, if you wish. We are now starting production on your personalized teddy bear.
Step 3: Customization
We customize the outer fabric of your plush toy according to your specifications. This can range from simple to complex printing, with or without embroidery of your logo. For an even higher-quality finish, we can also add a patch to your plush toys to highlight your advertising message.
Step 4 : Manufacturing
The fabric is cut and shaped into its final form. The various cut pieces are then sewn together by hand. At this stage, we add a label with the required information to comply with current European standards. Depending on your brief, we can add your logo to the back of the label. Before closing the plush toy, we add the stuffing for its plump and soft feel.
Step 5 : Quality control
Various tests are performed on the promotional plush toy. A tension test is conducted to prevent tearing. Personalized plush toys are systematically passed through a metal detector to prevent pins or needles from penetrating them. The plush toys undergo rigorous testing to guarantee maximum quality and safety. Our promotional items are shockproof.
Step 6: Packaging
The original plush toys are finally packaged. We offer different types of packaging. Economy packaging is the most common: the plush toys are vacuum-sealed in cardboard boxes to minimize shipping space. We have also developed a custom packaging option for an enhanced customer experience. The promotional plush toy is sold in a personalized cardboard box (either assembled or delivered flat).
Step 7: The Inspection
The promotional plush toys undergo a final sorting to eliminate any models that do not meet specifications. We also offer an additional service by sending a third-party company to the factory to verify the characteristics of your branded plush toy according to your brief (Pantone colors, plush toy dimensions, logo finish, packaging).
Step 8: Transportation
We handle the transport and tracking of your plush toy order from the factory to delivery at your premises. We can also store and deliver your plush toy to multiple locations through our logistics service, depending on your needs. The idea becomes reality: you receive your fully customized promotional item.
