The minimum order for custom plushes is 500 pieces.

The manufacture of your plush involves 8 steps

Step 1: The sketch and prototype(s)

From your mascot, logo or sketch, we are able to create a fully personalized 3D plush. This step sometimes requires several prototypes to achieve a result that meets your expectations. Your communication medium is taking shape.

The supply of raw materials for your custom-made advertising plush

Step 2: Procurement of raw materials

It is necessary to wait several days so that we can supply ourselves with the raw materials, whether for the outer textile or the filling of your plush. 

The stuffed animals are all made of polyester, but the outer coat may vary depending on your specifications (long or short hair, softness, colors, etc.). In addition, in a CSR approach, we also offer to manufacture your personalized stuffed animals in RPET, that is to say recycled polyester if you wish. We start the production for your personalized teddy bear.

Step 3: Personalization

We personalize the outer textile of your plush according to your specifications, it can be a simple to complex printing, embellished or not with embroidery with your logo. For an even more qualitative rendering, we can also add a crest to your stuffed animals to stand out with your advertising message.

Step 4 : Manufacturing

The textile is cut to be molded into its final shape. The different cut pieces are then sewn together manually. We integrate a label in this step to affix the mandatory information to comply with the European standards in force. According to your brief, we can add your logo on the back of the label. Before closing the plush, we integrate the filling for its plump & soft appearance.

Step 5 : Quality control

Various tests are carried out on the promotional plush. A tension test to prevent the plush from tearing. The personalized stuffed animals systematically pass through a metal detector to prevent a pin or needle from slipping into them. Plushes are tested to ensure maximum quality & safety. Our goodies are shockproof.

Step 6: Packaging

The original stuffed animals are finally packaged. We recommend different types of packaging. Economic packaging is the most widespread: the stuffed animals are vacuum-packed in cardboard boxes to take up as little space as possible during transport. We have built an offer with personalized packaging for a better experience for the end consumer. The promotional plush is sold with a personalized cardboard box (assembled or delivered flat).

Step 7: Inspection

The advertising stuffed animals are sorted one last time to discard models that do not comply with the specifications. We also offer an additional formula by dispatching a third-party company to the factory to check the characteristics of your branded plush according to your brief (pantone colors, dimensions of the plush, finish of your logo, packing).

Step 8: Transportation

We take care of the transport and follow-up of your plush order from the factory to delivery to your premises. We can also store and deliver your plush to several points via our logistics service according to your needs. The idea turns into reality, you receive your fully personalized promotional item.
