How should I read the prices displayed?
The prices shown are exclusive of tax across the entire site. They include marking fees . Delivery is free for deliveries within mainland France.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For products in the catalog, the minimum order quantity is indicated on each product page .
If you are interested in a custom-made plush toy, the minimum order is 500 pieces .

Are the standards fees fixed?
Yes. The standards fees correspond to the mandatory tests to be carried out to comply with the toy and REACH standards .
In what format should I submit my logo/graphic elements?
PDF or AI file, but the format must be vector . We sometimes accept very high-quality files (at least 300 dpi) depending on the type of branding.

Can I receive a prototype?
It is perfectly possible to send you a product/prototype proof . The digital proof is free and mandatory . There is a charge for the physical prototype due to various technical costs for machine calibration.
What are the lead times for the delivery of a prototype?
The lead time for a prototype is 20 days , including delivery.
I'm in a hurry, the event I'm organizing is in a few days, what should I do?
We recommend marking any plush toys in stock as available for urgent orders so you can retrieve them quickly. Contact our team as soon as possible, and we'll try to find a solution for you.
Payment
Is paying online really secure?
We have implemented a secure and highly efficient online payment solution STRIPE (PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of security). You can pay on the site using your bank card without leaving the payment page of our online store.
Payment problem?
A confirmation email is sent to you for each order placed. If you do not receive this email, the payment may not have been accepted or the webpage may have expired before validation. Please try your order again . If you have any questions, please contact us.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
If you choose a plush toy from our catalog, delivery takes 3 weeks within mainland France . If you opt for a 100% custom-made plush toy, the usual lead time is 90 days for 500 pieces and 120 days for larger quantities . This timeframe includes production time and shipping time (by air for 500 pieces and by sea for larger quantities). This estimated timeframe is based on prototype approval.
