It is quite possible to send you a product/prototype proof . The digital proof is free and compulsory . The service is chargeable for the physical prototype due to various technical costs for the calibration of the machines.

The deadline for a prototype is 20 days , delivery included.

We advise to mark stuffed animals in stock , available for urgent operations in order to allow you to recover the goods quickly. Contact our team quickly, we will try to find a solution for you.

We have implemented a secure web payment solution STRIPE (certified PCI level 1, the highest level of security) and very effective. You can pay on the site using your credit card without leaving the payment page of our online store.

For each validated order, a confirmation email is sent to you. If you do not receive this email, perhaps the payment was not accepted or the web page expired before validation. Please renew your request . If in doubt contact us.

If you choose a stuffed animal from the catalogue, delivery times are 3 weeks in mainland France . If you opt for a 100% custom-made plush, the usual lead times are 90 days for 500pcs and 120 days for a larger quantity . This lead time is the production time as well as the transit time (by air for 500pcs and by sea for more quantity). This time is estimated after validation of the prototype.
