The City of Genoa , renowned as Italy's main port city and the most important commercial port in the Mediterranean, had the honor of hosting the conclusion of the 2022-23 edition of The Ocean Race. This edition marks a historic first, as it is the first time the flagship round-the-world sailing race has chosen the Mediterranean for its finale, and also the first opportunity for the fleet to stop over in Italy.
The custom-made wolf plush toy for the municipality of Genoa
The municipality of Genoa contacted us to create a plush version of their mascot, Lupo Di Mare, for the Ocean Race event. The project aimed to recreate the mascot as a plush toy, measuring approximately 25 cm in height, dressed in overalls and wearing a scarf.

The Peluche Création team custom-designed the Lupo di Mare, with personalization carried out in two distinct phases: the first for the Ocean Race and the second for another order intended for Genova24, where only the logo on the scarf was modified.
