Grignotte the marmot, the tailor-made soft toy for Alpe Huez
The Alpe Huez tourist office team contacted us to create their plush mascot. The objective was to offer a promotional product that will be offered to all traders in the resort of Alpe d'Huez.
A whole storytelling was built around the tailor-made plush to promote activities within the resort. You can thus find an Instagram account of Grignotte la marmotte which presents the restaurants, the sports activities and the shows on the ski area.
Personalization of the Alpe Huez plush
The Alpe Huez tourist office wanted a plush mascot with a fairly realistic shape of a marmot (pointed muzzle, elongated shape, etc.). The latter must have had a mischievous look, drawing inspiration from the collection of comic strips “Mortelle Adèle”.
In order to differentiate it from the marmot stuffed animals found in the mountains, a silver touch has been added to the belly of the mascot.
To give it an even more qualitative rendering, the logo of the Alpe Huez tourist office has been added to the back of the marmot using the embroidery personalization technique .
