Small plush toys are included in Japhy's monthly dog food boxes. The goal is to boost customer loyalty to the brand by delighting their pets. These Japhy-branded plush toys also help increase the brand's presence on social media, particularly through customer posts showing their dogs playing with the promotional plush toy.
